Tried several times to contact them by phone - rings out for 10 minutes each time - no answer. Emailed 3x, automatic reply assuring response within 48 hours, 3 weeks later no response.
Purchased Laguiole Style 24 piece Bistro Cutlery Set. After a few weeks occasional use a rivet fell out of a fork of this supposedly high quality product.
