I spent £200 on an alarm that is…

I spent £200 on an alarm that is supposed to detect THC/cannabis smoke Although the smoke is so bad in the room at this very moment, being Saturday night and therefore drug addicts are in the middle of a session, the alarm is silent. What a complete waste of money. What a joke of a product. The instruction leaflet was also translated from Chinese and makes no literal sense. I might have shrugged my shoulders if the product was £20, but £200! I'm so angry about this

Please accept our apology - the Vape detectors as shipped do require configuring to enable "local alarm sound" please feel free to contact our office and one of technical staff would be more than happy to talk you through the process.

Very satisfied

UPS gave me the delivery date and delivery window 5 days before and kept to it, I was very surprised as the parcel was sent from Finland to England! They really did stick to their timetable, I'm very impressed. The delivery driver also found my front door even though it's hard to find. Very polite and friendly driver also. Can't fault the delivery and delivery updates at all. Thankyou UPS

I'm very pleased with Yodel couriers in…

I'm very pleased with Yodel couriers in the Wigan area, they're always dedicated to getting your parcels to you. It wasn't always like this, but this company has turned itself around so much. When I see that Yodel is the courier for any of my parcels I don't feel that stress anymore about missing parcels! The tracking is great and the app is perfect too. Shout out to the drivers also, they're doing a difficult but great job for everyone

Service is 100%, Catalogue images need more clarity

Service is 100%, delivery is 100%. This company is very reliable and I will buy from them again. But the images of (in this case, women's clothes) aren't exactly 100%. The models' poses while wearing the clothes, don't show exactly what the style is in many instances. The dress I ordered looked like a straight skirt section on the model leaning against a wall, when in fact it was a very wide skirt, cut on the bias which made it even wider in real life. I also bought a short canvas jacket, but the model was seated and I couldn't see the real length. That jacket was extremely short. More real life representations of the clothes, with the models standing, would be fantastic. I hope they fix this problem

Where do I start

Where do I start. The London address on their website is misleading, my shirt-dress traveled on two aeroplanes and multiple vehicles. The tracking says it's still in Hatfield, but was delivered to me in Lancashire today. Poor Yodel had to cram it in mailbox as I didn't hear him knock. Their size guide is completely wrong. It said I needed XL - (size 20), I can't even get the dress on, it's a size 12 with an XL label. Remain stress free by never never NEVER ordering from this company.
