Customer service is astonishingly bad!

Jacamo has an easy to use website and app. Buying from them is easy, returning items could do with some improvement but what really lets them down is there customer service.

Jacamo like so many other companies employ people to work in customer service who have absolutely no skills, experience or just basic common sense when dealing with customers.

I'd be embarrassed if I was employing people that couldn't do the job on such a basic level and if I was the person doing the job I'd be very ashamed of hoe rubbish I was at doing that job.

Could be better

Website and app are OK but the app I think needs some work, its not very user friendly. The only reason they got a 3 star is when you have to call them up the customer service over the phone is not very good, they don't listen and don't fully take on issues or questions and try to answer them or find a solution.

Good range of products but very poor customer service.

This is a review of my recent shopping experience with Appleboom via the website.

I placed an order for two pens on the 18th October, at the time the two pens were not in-stock and on the website it stated that delivery would be 2-3 weeks. Roll forward 9 weeks and the pens haave only just arrived. Now I understand that the delivery from the pen manufacturers to Appleboom is out of the control of the business but in all that time especially after the original 3 weeks had passed I had no communication from Appleboom saying that my delivery was late, it was always me having to chase up the company and ask for an update on my order.

I did get a part 10% refund on the order but if they had just been better with their customer service this could have been avoided, if I had been contacted after day 25 and told that my order was delayed then I would have not had to send so many emails and i would not have asked for the part refund.

Appleboom does have a lot of products on it's website but from what I can see the majority are not in-stock so be warned, when ordering look at the stated delivery time and triple it don't expect any communication from the business apart from the standard generic order confirmation emails.
