Good range of products but very poor customer service.
This is a review of my recent shopping experience with Appleboom via the website.
I placed an order for two pens on the 18th October, at the time the two pens were not in-stock and on the website it stated that delivery would be 2-3 weeks. Roll forward 9 weeks and the pens haave only just arrived. Now I understand that the delivery from the pen manufacturers to Appleboom is out of the control of the business but in all that time especially after the original 3 weeks had passed I had no communication from Appleboom saying that my delivery was late, it was always me having to chase up the company and ask for an update on my order.
I did get a part 10% refund on the order but if they had just been better with their customer service this could have been avoided, if I had been contacted after day 25 and told that my order was delayed then I would have not had to send so many emails and i would not have asked for the part refund.
Appleboom does have a lot of products on it's website but from what I can see the majority are not in-stock so be warned, when ordering look at the stated delivery time and triple it don't expect any communication from the business apart from the standard generic order confirmation emails.
