My new watch just stopped suddently after 4 months and C W Sellors promptly returned it to the manufacturers. I thought maybe it was a faulty battery, but it seems the whole movement was replaced, which surprised me. Surita in particular was very helpful keeping me updated with its progress and I received it back today - so far working perfectly 🤞 So .... THANK YOU!!

I'm very happy with my waterproof jacket and decided to buy the men's size small parka (in mustard) instead of the ladies 14 parka (in a brighter yellow) because a) it seemed the pockets were bigger on the man's coat (with poppers instead of a fiddly button), b) I preferred the colour on the men's parka and c) it just fit me better. I can't complain about the sale price either - it was excellent at £49!!!

I bought two waterproof washing sets too (2 bottles in a set) because, not only were they half price (because I bought the coat at the same time), but a previous jacket of mine that also needed the same washing treatment would not retain it's waterproofing without it.

However, can I please apologise to the Manager because I forgot to ask his name so I could mention him personally too, but he was first class at helping me too!!

All in all, I had a very positive shopping experience indeed and I'm delighted with my new parka!!

It hasn't rained yet, so I cannot comment on it's waterproofing, but judging by the other reviews, I do not foresee a problem 🤞

One last thing, I went to Meadowhall purely to buy a parka waterproof jacket and, because I went into Blacks first and found exactly what I was searching for at a price I don't think can be beaten (having researched other stores in Meadowhall online first), I was able to complete my purchase and walk straight out again. I have never done that in Meadowhall before!! 👏
