Worst company in the world. They lie on bills in my opinion. Weird costs appearing every month. The internet service is useless, do yourself a favour and go with someone else that doesn’t try cheat you out of money

Ordered a shirt 2 weeks before Christmas and it still isn’t here.

Edit - it came yesterday. Also, the response and follow up to this comment seemed like a genuine attempt to help, so fair enough. Raised the rating to four stars, with just one taken off for being later that advertised.

They just lie about delivery times. I don’t think I’ve ever had a delivery that’s not been at least 30 minutes later than the stated delivery time. It’s false advertising.

I personally thinks it’s fraud to advertise something and repeatedly not deliver that promise.

How can you state that something will take 15-30mins to deliver, but repeatedly, it takes 1hr30-2hrs? Just say the correct delivery time and don’t lie or falsely advertise something.

Do not listen to a word this thing says. It’s not artificial intelligence, it’s artificial complete lack of intelligence.

I was silly to assume that it was correct when I asked it “can I still use my Apple Pay while waiting for a new card” - it said yes, so I ordered a new bank card.

I couldn’t use my Apple Pay and it’s caused so much stress.

Just now I asked it about something I know to be true and it said the opposite. It’s beyond useless and most likely just a propaganda tool.

If you provide a service, then provide it. Don’t make people pay for a quality that should be part of the business model. Charging people £2.50 just to receive the service promised is digusting. This is a multi million pound company and instead of being excellent, they’re figuring out new ways to **** their customers. Awful, awful, awful company. Think about your choices and who you’re giving your money to.

I ticked every box for no contact, no emails and instead I got constant emails and spam from their partners. Never using wayfair again
