This is my second attempt at writing a review about this company. Watch sent in last October, money paid for a service. My watch has still not been returned despite recorded letters being sent. The outsourcing company has now gone into receivership.

Exceptional service as always from purchase to delivery. Thanks to Simon & Gary who delivered it safely from the Hull store. We love our Fama chair!
