Game Changer for Our 75 Hard Journey with Amazing Tasty Real Food
My husband and I are now in our second week of Prep Kitchen meals, doing five days a week with two meals a day, and honestly they are so good. We are currently on day 52 of 75 Hard and these meals have genuinely saved us.
The biggest win is that we do not have to think about anything. There is no chopping, no weighing ingredients, and no questions like “was that the weight of the pasta cooked or uncooked?” which has made life so much easier.
Before starting these meals I had plateaued with my weight loss. That was not my main goal anyway. I have been focusing more on the gym and gym classes to build fitness and muscle. But since switching to Prep Kitchen everything has started moving again.
The food is honestly amazing. It is really tasty, proper real food, and incredibly convenient without feeling like diet food.
