Assisted traveller

I had assisted travel booked to and from Kefalonia. Going out the staff couldn’t do enough for me. However on my return, the Tui staff were absolutely clueless. After 20 minutes waiting I approached a member of staff ( who’s name I can provide) was rude, aggressive, arrogant and an embarrassment to your company. In all the years I have been travelling I have never been spoken to by a tour rep so badly. The woman could not care less that I needed assistance. I have put a complaint in, but will be taking the matter further if I don’t receive a satisfactory response, and I will name the individual.

Lack of communication and clarity of price

The lack of communication between departements and the customer is shocking. I have received various quotes depending on what day it is and who you speak to. I was just in the process of putting my order in as the women I spoke to informed me that my price had been revised from £4000 to £3100. I then logged in to my account to find it had actually gone up to £4400. If this is how they treat customers prior to putting the order in, then I dread to see what the after sales is like.

Rip Off

Very poor service, charged me £30 cancellation fee after I sold my car and bought a brand new car. Worked out at £297 for a minor service on a Nissan.

Reference the reply, standard reply to all complaints. I have already emailed you directly, so will hopefully get a suitable answer, otherwise the matter will be taken further.

Rip Off Merchants

Absolute shambolic company, please read all the real reviews on Destination 2 complaints and Support group Facebook page before booking. They are rip off merchants.

Reference the below comment, my issues was settled by my bank, not by yourselves. You tried to charge me for obtain phone call recordings which you are legally not allowed to do.
Please confirm what is untrue about my initial review, as it’s is factually correct in my case.
