The service from the Plumbworld website was good; however, the product itself was disappointing. The 900x2400 Arctic Stone Multipanel arrived warped, and I can’t see it lasting for the duration of its warranty. Packaging was also poor, as it arrived without proper boxing or adequate protection. Until these product issues are resolved, I will be reverting back to Durapanel.
