Telephone was answered promptly and was put through to customer services immediately. My query was investigated and resolved within minutes - all very satisfactory.

I would have rated this company 5 stars but for some small niggles. When ordering several plants at one go, they are not necessarily packed together or indeed delivered together by the same courier. There is no way of knowing the number of parcels to expect. Nor is there a delivery note in each parcel and not all plants in the order are necessarily listed on the one delivery note which makes it impossible to give details from the delivery note in case of a guarantee claim.
I have placed several orders over the past year and overall the quality of plants supplied has been very good though some parcels have been mistreated in transit with resultant damage. Gardening Express replaced or refunded price of damaged goods immediately and without a quibble.

Over the past few months I have ordered corten steel planters and corten steel lawn edging from this company. Delivery has been excellent. The quality and appearance are superb though the planters were rather awkward to assemble. That apart, they now grace my patio and have been much admired. The edging couldn't have been more easy to install and looks great. I have just placed a repeat order. I would certainly recommend Woven Wood for both quality and service.

Ford fuels have been our suppliers for a number of years and have been consistent in providing a service which could not be bettered. Once placing an order we are given a delivery date- we have never been let down. Delivery is always confirmed a day in advance.

Notified of following day delivery as we were out when Evri called round. Parcel delivered on time next day as promised.

Usually shop at Lakeland in Witney where staff are terrific: polite, proactive, helpful. Good selection of Christmas goodies.

I have been a customer of Lakeland for very many years and their service has always been faultless so I cannot recommend them highly enough. When we moved to France for over 10 years, Lakeland shipped goods out to us promptly and for a very small fixed price irrespective of the size of the parcel. Their staff are obviously hand-picked - how they manage to employ such polite and helpful individuals, and we have visited shops in many different areas plus dealt with them over the phone - remains one of life's big mysteries. Their recruitment criteria must be of the same excellent standard as the service they provide. Their customer service is second to none. A remarkable company indeed.
