Do not order online. Awful customer service
Do not order valuable items from Selfridges. Ordered an iPhone, received an empty box, which had been taped back up. Raised a complaint within a minute of delivery and they refused to refund or replace. Absolute joke of an experience and I’m now pursuing legal action.
