Nicki was friendly, knowledgeable and kept me well informed throughout, making the whole process feel easy and stress-free. There was no pressure at any stage and everything was explained clearly. The car was ready exactly as promised and the handover went perfectly. Really pleased with the experience and would definitely recommend.
