Wish I could give no star. We got stranded in France following a burst tyre. Mercedes needed to order a new tyre - that was all that was required. 6 days later I am still waiting on Mercedes to confirm if they have ordered the tyre - which they said could be 2-5 days. So poor, they are awful. I have no idea why Mercedes even offer roadside cover when it is so awful - lesson learnt I will now get decent cover from the AA or similar

Booked a courier to arrive last Wednesday. They have not turned up and collected my parcel. Requested a call back via the online chat 4 times without response. Tried to call today but the phone is an automated system that directs you to the online chat. Very poor

Made a claim for my pets vet treatment for £616.85. After weeks and weeks of chasing the claim finally got paid this week - £360.07. It turns out in the small print they don't cover emergency out-of-hours vet care. Apparently they will pay the first £100 which is completely useless as no vets charge less than £100 for out-of-hours appointments. My fault for not reading the small print - really disappointed - I am now £256.78 out of pocket. Certainly wont insure my pet with them again - because their Policy basically means you cannot have emergency vet care - or if you do you have to pay for it yourself. Sadly this makes it a useless policy, wish I had read the details and saved the £40 PCM this has also cost. I am just grateful the emergency treatment did not run in hundreds or thousands of pounds which it could easily have done which would not be covered. My advice - go elsewhere for a decent policy that gives you peace of mind.
