I was so pleased by my experience with Colbert & Co when I was a purchaser in 2021 that they were my first choice when I found myself responsible for selling a house in 2023. Their representative John Hornibrook is courteous, friendly, helpful and utterly dependable. He never seeks to cloak problems behind diplomatic niceties and always returns calls. I cannot speak too highly of professionalism and overall helpfulness.

There was a slight hiccup when it came to my withdrawing the relevant funds from my bank, as the sum breached the daily withdrawal limit. TorFx were extremely helpful in facilitating a resolution to the problem.
