COELIAC, WITH VARIOUS MEDICAL CONDITIONS, INCLUDES HIGH CHOLESTEROL. Honest opinion and expectations

I have several medical conditions that cause me to gain weight without trying!! I've been looking at JP for a while, & I'm pleased with how things have started. Despite a hiccup with first delivery, because I require GLUTEN FREE, which as a newbie *I* forgot to confirm 🫣 however customer service was excellent and arranged delivery of GF, and collected the other both the same*next* day!
Some of the meals have been "interesting" but I can change them.
So, honest opinions and realistic expectations are key to my weight loss going forward.

SAVE THE NHS'S MONEY. THIS APP IS NOT WORTH IT!

I've given this the one star because for whatever reason, the APP has started to crash my phone!

It's not monitored now. I believed it was meant to be by medical professionals either?🤔 which I thought was the most integral part of the purpose of signing up. I've not been given any information I didn't already know, so those questions things are completely pointless!

I *was very hopeful at the beginning as I though my input was connected to my GP for monitoring🤔🤷‍♀️
but the accuracy and usefulness has come into doubt. If it continues to crash my phone, I'll have no option but to stop using it.
Exactly who are we giving our personal information to?????
