Lost package
Didn't receive the package.Marked delivered but not at my address. I guess it's not their fault, its the courier. They didn't do anything about it though. Just money lost. Love the perfumes, it was my second time buying but due to the bad customer experience, I'm never buying again.
Prepare to be disappointed if your package never arrives, gets delivered to the wrong address because they won't do anything about it. 😡
