Went for birthday meals food very bad quality scampi under cooked and black inside watery portion side of chips a joke for the price

The food was terrible was send back 11 of us family night out we have always come to the three elms cardiff we had children with us and was sat next to I think was a poker night with a lot of swearing plates let on our table even when sweets were brought over gone down hill time fined some were else

Cardiff bay store is the worst ever staff treble no help what so ever stay away went to barry store staff extra helpful

Love staff the young girl who help us with our cruise booking at the cardiff bay sharonn was great

Just having new kitchen put in by r and m contractors from cardiff council 8 day up to now and still lots to do thank god for air fryer the new kitchen is very cheap made any way r and m are not good at all no communication when there are coming to do work each day very messy work have recked my carpets some one calls and tells you something and then someone else comes and tells you something else no one seems to no what is going on for someone to have a contact this big not looking good r and m would not recommend at all I think cardiff council need to send someone out to check there work no respect for people homes very bad company

Pop in to asda Leckwith store to pick up some bits could not find all the bits I wanted so I asked the lady on the pizza counter be be fare she was very helpful I told her what I was looking for and rather then just tell me she took me to the this that I needed now that's old school customer service thank you very much natalie
