Parcel was left by delivery man and it was not us.
Contact chemist direct who said here is an image of the signature and a male in his 30-40s to which I said it’s not us.
They closed the case.

I WOULD NOT order from this company!! After making multiple orders which were (Ok) for the price compared to other sites they sent an order where there massive issues with colour!
They were really responsive until I complained and requested a REPLACEMENT or REFUND as per the terms and conditions on their website.
They are no longer responding to my emails. I have reached out multiple times now and am at the point where i am writing this review. Really disappointing given the amount of items i have purchased with only one having an issue.
