Fraudulent company

Nothing works on the online claims portal and when I tried to make a claim via phone I was assured I would receive an email confirming and this email never came. I have paid for this insurance for two years. Fraudulent

Excellent fair service

Accidentally booked the wrong day and then cancelled on the day, not realizing I wouldn’t be refunded for a same day cancellation. I emailed customer support and they organised me a refund promptly. Very good service. Very fair.
