Needs to be upfront about being in China

This company needs to be upfront about being in China. The delivery took a long time, two weeks plus, and when delivered it was slightly bent. The idea of returning it, ridiculous.

Following this review I was contacted by Ada from Shopsta who has resolved this problem to my full satisfaction. Great customer service.

I've reviewed what happened and we are sorry for this. Over 95% of our items on our UK store ship from within the UK, though a small number are dispatched internationally, which can affect delivery times.

The delivery was next day

The delivery was next day, less than 24 hour, and the product looks very good. I haven't fitted it yet as it's a different size to the existing ones.
The missing star was for the missing screws. Heavy duty hinges without screws arent much use.

We do supply screws for the hinge, however they are supplied separately but can be found at the bottom of the page. We do not include them in the product as they are used for multiple different products and some may use over screws if preferred, but we appreciate the comment and will take this into consideration with new customers.
