Absolutely shocking lack of customer service for such a huge company.
I ordered 2 items from them 1 of the items was cancelled ( no email, no warning nothing)

I emailed asking why it was cancelled and if it would be sent Separate and got no reply, After 3 more email trying to get a refund for the item they cancelled I’m still yet to get a reply or a refund from crocs. I’ve opened a pay pal case and they have responded with a tracking code. Which has no explanation, so PayPal will presume they sent the whole order.
The customers service is absolutely shocking, Customers shouldn’t have to send multiple emails asking for a refund for items that this company cancelled.

Lovely friendly local business, lots of lovely wines on offer at great prices & an Amazing venue! Great for gifts, The lovely lady who runs ten streets wines without hesitation gave us a Fab Prize for the local school raffle to raise funds too. Always Shop Local!!

We recently purchased some exterior paint From marl coatings, We had struggled to find an exterior paint elsewhere that could be colour matched.

Thankfully the staff knew exactly what I was talking about, even when I didn’t. They were very helpful and informative and even gave guidance on use, which we were very grateful of.
Highly recommended, friendly, helpful, informative 5* service.

We’ve used the Cornish company a few times, and the people we have sent them to were so happy with there hampers they have also gifted them to people.

Honestly, for such a big company the customer service and approach to customers is appalling. Once they have your money they do not care about the service you receive

In total from the 3 orders I’ve placed I’ve had nothing but issues, wrong items, damaged items, missing items. I’m genuinely now wondering how it could possibly be so disorganised and so wrong. I’ve personally send a complaint emails. How serious it will be taken I don’t know but after asking for a refund for a damaged item that was £27+ postage I was offered £5.99 - I’ve eventually had to open a pay pal dispute. I will never use CT again.
Order 1 - sent out wrong item, took 2 weeks to replace after numerous phone calls and messages
Order 2 - missing item - again replacement never arrived after a number of calls and messages I eventually got a refund for the missing item and a store credit.
Order 3 - purchased with said store credit from above as a GOGW arrived damaged and refused to refund just the amount I’d put towards the store credit as they said there boxes were strong enough to withstand minor damaged. This item was a gift the in and outside box was completely damaged and they offered me £5.99 refund!! For a £27 item.
