Appalling customers service
Absolutely shocking lack of customer service for such a huge company.
I ordered 2 items from them 1 of the items was cancelled ( no email, no warning nothing)
I emailed asking why it was cancelled and if it would be sent Separate and got no reply, After 3 more email trying to get a refund for the item they cancelled I’m still yet to get a reply or a refund from crocs. I’ve opened a pay pal case and they have responded with a tracking code. Which has no explanation, so PayPal will presume they sent the whole order.
The customers service is absolutely shocking, Customers shouldn’t have to send multiple emails asking for a refund for items that this company cancelled.
