Misleading trial and very poor food quality – avoid

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel people should be aware of my experience.
The food quality was extremely disappointing. Everything tasted heavily processed, with sugar seemingly added to almost every meal. The dishes were overloaded with spices, which felt like an attempt to mask the poor quality rather than enhance flavour. Overall, nothing tasted fresh or balanced.
What concerned me more was the sign-up process. The “trial” offer was presented as a deal, but it automatically rolled into a subscription without any clear notification or reminder. The second week was charged at a much higher price than the initial offer, which felt very misleading.
In my experience, the quality does not justify the price, especially once the full subscription cost kicks in.
I would not recommend and would advise others to read the terms carefully before signing up.

We’re also sorry that the sign-up and subscription process left you feeling misled. Our offers are designed to roll into a weekly subscription unless paused or cancelled, but we completely understand how frustrating it can be if that wasn’t clear at the time.

AVOID

Item took over 2 weeks to arrive, company will send you emails saying there’s been an ‘unexpected delay’ I returned the item I purchased as it didn’t fit and the company hasn’t issued a refund, nor responds to emails regarding issues. Appalling service, avoid!
