I ordered the Haka Mongolian faux fur matching set, they sent me two tops instead of a skirt and a top, I brought this up to them and at first they denied it until I showed them evidence, they then told me I had to first return the top, wait for a refund and then order the skirt again, at first not even offering to pay for shipping costs, I complained and said it wasn’t fair, they should just send me the replacement skirt and I’ll happily return the top but it wasn’t my mistake and I shouldn’t have to go through all that effort and wait all the time to get the correct order that they messed up, I needed the outfit for an event I’m going, after going back and forth with me they just bluntly refused to help me out and their replies got slower and slower, I think it’s honestly appalling, if you make a mistake you should sort it out the customer shouldn’t be the one to sort it out for you. And all they offered was to pay the shipping costs, I wouldn’t have to return it if they hadn’t messed up and now I have to go through the effort of returning it and waiting for the correct item. How do I even know if they will send the right item the next time ?
