Very positive experience - great offers, fast and well protected shipping. Will definitely use again.
Returned part of my order as I changed my mind after delivery using their built-in returns portal. This was easy to use, but I did encounter an issue with Yodel's tracking not marking the package as delivered after a while. A quick message to their customer service and Chloe processed the return on their side right away.
