coating damage, no reaction from service center update to great customer-friendly solution
In July 2025 I ordered and received delivery of the MasterClass baking and roasting tray with PTFE, PFOA and BPA-free non-stick coating, 35 x 24 cm, grey, via Amazon.
After 5 months and 4-5 uses, the coating has come off at one corner. I have tried to contacted the customerservice center via e-mail but no feedback on this
update: thanks to strong support from Marcus as contact person in the service center I got great customer-friendly solution

ROST ROST!!!
Ich hab diese Teekanne gekauft. 3-4 mal genutzt, direkt Rost . Nicht zu empfehlen, bin sehr sehr enttäuscht. Das Produkt sah cool aus, aber leider nicht hochwertig.

Bought 3 sets of knives last November
Bought 3 sets of knives last November, handles are pealing quite badly. Really disappointed as they’ve only ever been hand washed. Filled out an online complaint to the company but it won’t send, said there’s an error on the page.

The products are good but every time I have ordered, I have received some of the wrong items in my box which is a bit annoying. They always seem unaware of it and are a bit slow to put things right. But the items I do get have been good quality ones.
