They never shipped my order and it has been 8 months. I'm very disappointed. The customer service isn't saying anything that meaningful either and even leaving me without a word for days. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 only because I like the merch they sell. I wish I could get my order. Why was I forgotten/dismissed like this?

It is a phishing scam website that's meant to consistently steal money from people with its ""membership subscription"", I'm sure they don't actually sell anything. Cancelling ""subscription"" isn't easy either, your ""membership"" doesn't terminate until at least 14 days later (they can extend it even) and they still take money from you even before that date even if you cancel. They don't respond if you contact them with email either. People can unintentionally send money and ""subscribe"" to websites like this if they fall for a scam. I fell for a package delivery tax scam and ended up here, I went to the bank and filed a refund request and thankfully they accepted. I normally wouldn't fall for scams but I really did have an undelivered package at the time, bad timing, but I learned from this, I promise.

From what I've seen, websites like this tell people via email that they will give their money back if they write a positive review, people are tricked into writing those positive reviews sadly. Contact the bank if you want your money back instead of trusting the scammers.

They listen to customer emails well and the items they sell are just as described and very nice quality. I got my Firey Jr. plush and I'm happy with it.

I bought my Suitcase plush and it came as described and very good quality too. Need I say more? I love it.

Not only that they sell very nice items, they also have great customer service that really listen and help!

They're lying and don't give refunds from what I know, if you want a refund, you have to go to the bank for it instead of expecting from scammers to do such a thing, they're just being dishonest and using people to make themselves look trustworthy on the Internet. Very fast delivery and good products. It is worth mentioning I'm from Turkey, but it's still true.

Good service, customer support usually replies fast enough, listens to you, gives good advice and is willing to do what they can to help. Of course, they sell very nice items too.

I personally love this website! One of the best shopping websites I know. I've bought from here so many times! Many great items and fast delivery. I would totally recommend. :)
