Not only that they sell very nice items, they also have great customer service that really listen and help!

It’s been 12 days since I’ve received my tracking number, but the tracking number doesn’t work AND I haven’t heard from them yet!!
As a Moomin fan, I was so happy to find about this store online, but I’m afraid this is my first and last time ordering…

God kundeservice , men lidt lang leveringstid. Hvis du intet har imod at vente lidt på dine ting bliver sendt afsted, så kan jeg varmt anbefalede siden. Fik hurtig svar fra kundeservice da jeg spurgte hvornår min pakke blev sendt. De var super venlige og pakken jeg modtog var godt pakket så indholdet ikke tog skade.

Products that should take two days to ship still not been shipped in over two weeks. Do not purchase from this site, you can get most of the products cheaper and faster on Amazon.

I ordered a lamp. They collected the money and sent me a shipping confirmation. But the tracking info showed the lamp had not been sent and the postal service had only received a notification af a pending shipment.
The company's response to my emails requesting info on the shipment's whereabouts was a statement saying they had sent the lamp but with no additional proof. They claimed to have contacted the carrier but with no proof. Luckily the lamp turned up two weeks later. But will not purchase at Moominshop again, it's too much hassle.
