Fast service - friendly drivers.

Just used for the first time, fast service, live updates of expected pick-up and delivery times great.

Seem to have done what's expected.

Only quibble is pricing structure, once you exceed the 6kg per wash limit pricing is higher. Gave them two bags totalling around 11.5kg, was charged nearly £45 - would have expected about £40

I like this service - better than queuing at the pharmacist's

I like this, simply request the prescription, and it arrives a few days later.

Even though I can easily walk to the local chemists, 20 or 30 minutes of standing around and literally spelling things out was time I'd rather not spend.

My nearby branch of Boots closed, they were pretty shambolic at the best of times. The other local high street chemists in walking distance are even worse.

Was a simple enough process.

Was a simple enough process.

Only really using it because my local chemist shops are shambolic and I'd rather not queue for ages to talk to some clueless drone.

I want to support local high street businesses, but there's a limit to my patience.
