Never again on west jet. Reasons: you must be transparent for customers about your baggage charges before confirming purchase of the tickets. We had to pay additional $240 additional. That’s robbing customers. Leg space between seats are very limited.

Really polluted and muddy sea. Piled up dead seaweeds are rotting and stinky. Can’t even walk on the beach. Hotel main restaurant can’t accommodate people at once. Sometimes have to stay in the line up for 10-15 minutes to get in. Food variety is terrible. All seven days they were frying and serving the same type of fish. When fillet fish curry served, again the same fish type. Younger staff members are willing to help but most others are not and rude at times. We noticed Room service has utilized my wife’s personal belongings. When called to complain they gave a runaround and showed us no intent to accommodate our complaint.

Extremely poor service very bad customer service We have paid to get done lenses at Fairview mall north York Toronto. Promised will be ready in 2 weeks by the employee Rida. Today after 19 days when I visited Parisa a very cruel unprofessional woman said it’s not ready and will take around 4 weeks. When I expressed her our dissatisfaction and never have placed the order if we knew it would take 4 weeks. I’m very disappointed the way she expressed herself without understanding customer situation. These kind of employees are definitely demoting your company name.
