Erica saves the day!
I would have given 5 stars but, after many attempts, I couldn't get through on the landline number ( it rang once then went silent and then I kept getting cut off) and yesterday, I started a new chat and shared my problems but no-one got back to me. It was very frustrating because I was so anxious about the issue that needed dealing with. This afternoon, however, was a much improved service. I was attended to by Erica on the chat line and she was excellent! She was patient, informative, amicable, knowledgeable and her attentive chat manner was easy but professional. Thank you lots, Erica, for guiding me through everything and for taking the problem away for me!
