Es ist erstaunlich und man fühlt sich betrogen, denn man kann die App nicht kündigen! Immer wenn man aufs Abo geht, gibt es technische Problem. Voll der Scam.

The driver came far too late, bad and dirty car
The driver came far too late, didn’t speak any German or English, the delivery van was dirty and very simple. We didn’t take it in the end. The regular taxi cost a bit more, but we got a proper modern and clean car and a friendly driver.

This is the message from the driver. The booking was foreseen for 15:15, the flight number the client indicated was not correct. Since morning I kept calling her and kept sending her txt messages (please find the attached screenshots). At 14:30 they could reach you and you told the driver that you are at the airport and you are waiting for your mother. You were told that the driver will be at 15:15. Also you were told where the driver will be waiting. Unfortunately the driver did not speak German, but the operator was always in touch with you. You said that the car is dirty and you will not take the taxi. The administrator requested pictures from the driver. Please find the attached pictures. From the pictures you can see it is a brand new car.
Unfortunately we cannot add all the proofs here. But we sent you everything by email.
