Since getting a new, and 100% better, Evri delivery driver, my Jacamo experience has gone up!
Keep up the good work

Ordered a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses recently and, apart from some delivery issues, the whole experience was excellent. Customer service kept me fairly updated on delivery, they even granted me a delivery charge refund as the delivery was late.
I highly recommend Mojoglasses

Ordered some Gillette Labs blades (very expensive) but as usual Royal Mail did not deliver even though the tracking said they did, almost impossible to get any support or information etc from customer service at Gillette or Royal Mail.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING ON LINE FROM GILLETTE as it’s a coin toss if either
A you receive it

B you get any help if you don’t receive it

Well well well, useless Evri strikes again!
How anyone can give this useless, inept rotten firm more than 1 star is beyond me, unless, of course, it’s specifically selected ‘people’ who give reviews on here, and that wouldn’t surprise me at all because, I believe this company is corrupt from top to bottom

I ordered an item from this lot via the app, courier left it stuck in my letterbox but I was unaware of the delivery as door bell was not rung, I only realised it had been delivered when I had a notification on my smartphone,went to my front door but the package had gone, obviously someone had removed it from my letterbox. I contacted this lot eventually and was fobbed off, basically I’m out of pocket. Avoid this company like the plague as their customer “service” is absolutely awful and inept

I only gave 4 stars because of the ineptitude of Royal Mail.
Pretavoir’s customer service are, unequivocally, the best on line retail companies customer service I have ever experienced, so helpful and extremely quick to respond and solve delivery issues.
The Ray Ban sunglasses I purchased were very reasonably priced and excellent quality as always
I can’t recommend this company highly enough.

Again, my local delivery driver was totally unprofessional. He pushed my parcel halfway through my letterbox, he did not ring the doorbell, I only realised it had been delivered was via a notification on my smartphone, by which time it had been taken (stolen most likely) from my letterbox.

Awful choice of courier Evri, awful customer service, you can’t talk directly to human being about your issue about the delivery unless you can afford to pay for the 0845 number on your phone, and the call takes forever to finally get through.

As always, in my area Holloway N7, the usual inept, awful service prevails, this is especially directed at the awful postman who is about as useful as a bike is for a fish. The local delivery office is totally poor and inefficient. Why companies, or anyone, use Royal Mail is beyond me

Vile, greedy and disgusting! How are these scumbags allowed to rent properties is an absolute joke. They treat tenants worse than the rats that infest their properties

Absolute joke of a company, you can change the name but you can’t change the ineptitude. I shop with Jacamo (not for much longer), I live in North London and my experience with the Evri’s deliveries is awful beyond belief. If you shop online just check it’s not this bunch of clowns who are delivering the product because you’ll have a nightmare

Why, oh why does Jacamo continue to use Evri to deliver their (expensive) products? I’ve had far too many problems with Evri, and currently have an ongoing issue regarding a delivery of a Jacamo order, and if I don’t get a satisfactory outcome to my (next day) delivery which hasn’t arrived I WILL CANCEL MY ACCOUNT WITH JACAMO and all because they employ a cowboy delivery firm to deliver products

Positives: Excellent customer service. Quality goods.
Negatives: Royal Mail used as courier. Item received looked nothing like the item in the photo.

They treat the resident rats better than the human residents.
It takes publicity by the media to make this rotten company to act.

I live in the N7 area of north London and my local postal service is absolutely awful, my local postman just delivers post to any old address because he’s lazy and very inept, complaints fall on deaf ears….but I suppose if the shareholders etc get their big money sod everyone else

Purchased a pair of Ray Ban RB3741 and I’m well pleased. Excellent price, excellent sunglasses and excellent delivery. Perfect for my holiday to Greece
