My Parcel was not delivered on the date stated
My Parcel was not delivered on the date ArrowXL said they would, even although I had a tracking number. ArrowXL then claimed that I contacted them to change the delivery date, which was most certainly not the case. On contacting their helpdesk, they were disinterested and not helpful. ArrowXL could provide no explanation as to why my parcel was not delivered on the stated date, although tracking showed the van some 30 miles from my home. ArrowXL could also not advise on how and when I supposedly contacted them to rearrange delivery. Very poor service and a delivery company to avoid.
