I have been Buying from monica vinada

I have been Buying from monica vinada
for probably 8 yrs now.
Every thing has always been so wonderful the way it’s packaged is Stunningly Beautful.
I had a few problems as i broke things and i wanted to get them repaired the customer service is Exceptional nothing compares to this company to be honest.
The quality of the Jewellery is like nothing i’ve purchased before.
I will defiantly be back to purchase lots more items.
Thank you so much for all your help in customer services wow what A Team.

very very dissatisfied with the…

very very dissatisfied with the satchel there was a mark on it it’s a very beautiful satchel brief case but it’s a valentines gift !
i paid 14 pounds to send it back as it’s expensive and i need the money back because i ordered another one !!
guess what i ordered another one it came it’s marked and the bag it comes in has holes in it so this one is coming back it’s not acceptable at all !!
surly id someone buys one and order the sane one they are checked thoroughly i don’t know !!
so now i have another one to send back i don’t think i can be bothered ordering another one !!!

Thank you for taking the time to get in touch, and I’m so sorry to hear about your experience. I completely understand how disappointing and frustrating this must have been, especially as this was intended to be a Valentine’s gift.

This is certainly not the standard we expect, and I’m very sorry that both satchels arrived marked and that the packaging was damaged. I can appreciate how unacceptable this is, particularly after you went to the trouble of re-ordering in good faith.

Please rest assured that returns for faulty items should, of course, be free of charge. I’m very sorry you were asked to cover the return postage. We'll be in touch to ascertain why you were charged for a return when a free return label was provided.

We'll also be in touch to assist with arranging for a replacement to be shipped and to make sure everything is resolved as quickly and smoothly as possible. 

Once again, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused, and thank you for bringing this to our attention.

The Dr was so patient kind and understanding
i felt calm and relaxed in her presence which is not always the case for me i wasn’t embarrassed she made me feel really comfortable and gave me some confidence back!
