The drivers left us to unpack the garden furniture which had a section of a chair leg missing. I raised the issue immediately with Moda Furnishings. Numerous emails, phone calls (then phone calls just said 'Please email as this line is not in use!) and finally I raised a dispute with my bank. THEN they wanted to help resolve the problem. Horrific company, never buy from them.

Bought a game garden set which came with a missing piece. It look ages to contact them. Three weeks later and still no replacement. Moda are not responding to emails and have closed their phone lines.
I will not buy from them again and strongly suggest that nobody else does as customer service I non-existent.
