They don’t seem care
They were good until they stopped paying attention to customer service.
I have received 5 identical meals last week and couple same ones this week again. When I asked them why this happened, a staff called Sophie denied this is their fault and refuse to do anything to compensate. They also claim I unselected to there is one meal option left hence I received 5 same one, which I obviously didn’t do and provided no further explanation after I showed them the screenshot to prove it is incorrect and agreed to cancel my subscription.
