Missed 2 delivery attempts and blamed it on technical difficulty
Ive had a horrible experience after ordering a TV from Costco. The delivery driver missed my delivery slot and made me wait another week for them not to arrive again and blamed it on some technical difficulty on their end.
It's been over 2 weeks and I've still not received my item and have been told to book a third slot and each reply from them has been more vague than the last. No actual guarantee as to when and what time it'll be delivered.
On the second attempt, I didn't even get the tracking option and was told the link they sent me didn't work later in th3 day of my delievry date. I am confused that they sent a link that didn't work in the first place and didn't reach out earlier.
Just frustrating a reputable company not being able to prioritise missed deliveries. Additionally, having to wait another week each time to potentially not to receive it and wasting an entire day for it not to arrive.
The delivery slot link doesn't work and I am being told I have to wait another week, not sure what to expect at this point if I'll receive my TV. They can't prioritise orders they have missed, what kind of inadequate system is this?
