Some friends of mine suggested trying Sky for a new phone rather than my current service provider. Spoke to Matt in Houndshill and eventually settled on a Pixel 10 Pro.

Matt was very helpful and walked me through getting the device up, explaining the costs being as transparent as he could.

Ended up visiting again yesterday and ended up getting a Macbook Neo on contract. Was intending to replace a tablet, but hey, You offer me a Macbook Neo for £12.50 p/m, I'm taking it. (Other provider wanted £15 p/m for a Honor tablet.)

Purchased a new server but there was an issue with the billing/login credentials. Reached out to support team at 11.11am, issue was resolved 11.49am.

I have had previous accounts with Contabo before and never had a problem before. This the first time I have and they've provided a textbook example of how customer support should be done.
