Designed to be annoying

Process for setting up a new account is designed to be annoying in order tovget you to quit.
They just don't care.
No one contacts you, no one gives you updates, you have to do all the chasing to get things done.

Even when you raise a complaint no one does anything with it or bothers to call to speak with you.

Poor service

Have admitted to over 400 drops of service in 2 months, but are still trying to charge me £1000 for leaving

Arrived nice and early in the time window, clearing up a lot of time for me.
Work was done quickly and efficiently.

Can't trust

Twice cancelled appointment for changing smart metre, yet had the nerve to send me the reminders on how vital and important it was.
If you cant trust a company to do things when it's literally mandated to, when can you trust them.
There was no attempt to contact to offer slots either.

Hi Stuart, I am sorry to see how low your scored us. I can see that an appointment did go ahead on 18th July and you agreed to close your complaint today regarding this.
