Ordered 2 ivory lamps, received 1 ivory lamp and 1 dark grey. I don’t think the order picker cares. Your price is not competitive any more if I have to visit your store twice to sort one simple purchase, as you cost me too much time. And the last order before this, you sent me a faulty lamp which someone opened and returned to you. Poor service!!!
Terrible customer service as the staff on the phone only care about going through their own script, but was not bothered about listening to your issue. They would just talk over you as they have a script to deliver. In terms of returns, they won’t confirm that they received your return for nearly a month. So they could have another 10 days to deal with the refund. I would definitely avoid this company.
