Personally would give 0* if I could, been wanting a PS5 for ages and finally was able to get one at a reasonable price from what I thought was a trusted company. From payment I received very little communication about tracking until I received a text from royal mail saying my item had been delivered today whilst I wasn't in and was left in a safe space despite me not choosing a safe space. I checked tracking to locate the item. Upon checking the 'safe space' that it was left in, there was no parcel. I asked my neighbours and checked around my garden and couldn't find anything. Contacted CGX who agreed on the phone the safe space looked out in the open and it's likely someone has helped themselves to it and they advised it was not their responsibility, it was royal mail. Contacted royal mail who said it was CGX's responsibility. Was told I'd be emailed about this issue and can take up to 14 working days for them to speak to royal mail, I haven't received any emails since. Beyond upset and frustrated as neither party seem to be helping, I'm now out almost £300 and without a console.
