Took over a week to tell me the goods I bought are somehow no longer available. I wouldn't have ordered anything had I known this. They now say it will take over a week to give me back my money.

A messy collaboration with quote devil. I have paid and don't know if I am really insured as I have had poor and slow communication. Pay a little extra for better service . Have had much better customer service with Allianz and 123.ie in recent years. None of thia messing about with 3rd party apps and services
