Avoid at all cost . I purchased a watch from this company, and they charged me immediately but failed to ship the item. A week later, I received an email saying it was on backorder. Two weeks after that, they informed me it was still unavailable and pressured me to choose a different watch—only from their available stock.

The replacement I selected looked nothing like the photos on their website and was of poor quality. When I requested a return, they required me to pay for shipping, which cost $190—almost as much as the $300 watch itself. Even when I sent them an email explaining the issue, their reply was negative,

Overall, very poor service, misleading product representation, and unfair return policies. I would not recommend this company

I don’t put reviews a lot but to be honest. each single agent I called or chatted with regarding my issue was helpful and nice, even when I was bit cranky. Thank you
