Placed one order with Debenhams
Placed one order with Debenhams and received two notifications one via email and one via text. Once the email notification was scanned through the system, the second notification was not recognised. I was told by the collection shop that even though the parcels were delivered at the same time I might have to wait for a second email notification. I went outside downloaded the app found a second notification in the app which was the same as the text message. Went back into the shop and by this time both the notifications were coming up as errors in the shop. Because I was able to prove to the shop owner that they were both mine they let me have the second parcel so in order to save myself 50p and not having the parcel delivered to my house. I’ve got loads of grief trying to collect them, just seem stupid to me.
