How to tell if you are being scammed 101. Selfpublishers.inc scammed me for $32,000.00. I did not see it at the time. I wanted so much for my book to be published. Here are the clues. There was no written agreement at the beginning. There was no written contracts for publisher reviews. They would not promise a publisher review. I needed to do it. They promised a Wallmart contract for 2000 books at a profit of $20000.00 dollars. It wasn't until after I paid another #20,000.,, did I realize I was being scammed. Then, they had the ordacity to call, 10x for another $10,000.00. Thank G-d I had my dad's trust to rely on! I am a retired firefighter and federal police officer and they pissed off the wrong woman on this one. I filled FBI reports and Attorney general report. Their cite was suspended and the FBI is still looking for them. They think they know where they are. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR. DO AN Ai search on publishers. Good news. I have a new publisher and they are the greatest. Wow. What a relief on Gateway publishing. Highly recommended. My book, Life is what you make it.
