USELESS HAULIER SERVICE!
I received an email of cancelling our order after sharing photos of the area as THEY requested (21st century, all info has been provided prior placing the order), mentioning that they won't be able to deliver the order I've placed. They advertise themselves on their website as they could deliver in 3-5 working days which is after entering your address (within London!) 5-7 working days (which is still fine if you want what you need), but I had to share what3words and share pictures of access (which is CLEAR AND ACCESSIBLE, HAD NO ISSUES IN THE PAST, THIS IS THE SECOND CONSTRUCTION WE'RE ABOUT TO COMPLETE IN THIS AREA-ready mixed concrete, blocks, aggregates, paving, paving slabs were all delivered safely!!!) We offered assistance for the driver/traffic management but all was refused and they issued a refund without discussion and also refused to direct us to the relevant team to speak to.

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize that we had to cancel your order. We understand your frustration, especially given your prior successful deliveries in the area. Our decision was based strictly on Health & Safety regulations, specifically concerning the use of our crane/Hiab near the overhead power cables visible in the photos you provided. To operate our lifting equipment legally and safely, we must maintain a strict, non-negotiable minimum distance from these cables.
While other delivery methods or companies might have different operating parameters, our system is optimized for crane offloading, which has stringent legal requirements.
Your generous offer of assistance could not mitigate this physical safety restriction. We issue immediate refunds when we identify an unavoidable safety hazard because we firmly believe that if we can't deliver safely, we won't deliver at all. We always prioritize the safety of our team, members of the public and our customers property, along with compliance with the law.
