The delivery and ordering of the slabs were straightforward. They were also packed together securely and had no breakages.

Top company easy to deal with and on the ball.

It was very easy to order and they were delivered on time and within a few days and the stones were wrapped very well and we are very pleased with the colour and texture

Arrived all nicely palleted very nice good quality much cheaper than B&Q or wicks even with delivery not one damaged slab of you require patio paving I would certainly recommend recommend this company the whole process from ordering to delivery was the smoothist I have encountered in ordering anything online before

Called to make sure they can get them in time for me for my project as it says on their website, no issues there apparently, ordered and they wanted pictures of front of house weird but ok...

Now saying can't deliver due to access issues, I've literally had over 100 pallets delivered here as used to check them for my eBay business, trucks come down my street everyday to deliver pallets to people, front of property is close to road with delivery possibility directly on pavement/front of house? Willing to alter my review if this can be rectified and items can be supplied in time for project Monday as thus far email requests for more info and calls are now going unanswered... I don't want a refund I want my goods?

They have since replied with outright lies, such as I don't have a dropped kerbs - I've got two! (No overhead wires either!)

I received an email of cancelling our order after sharing photos of the area as THEY requested (21st century, all info has been provided prior placing the order), mentioning that they won't be able to deliver the order I've placed. They advertise themselves on their website as they could deliver in 3-5 working days which is after entering your address (within London!) 5-7 working days (which is still fine if you want what you need), but I had to share what3words and share pictures of access (which is CLEAR AND ACCESSIBLE, HAD NO ISSUES IN THE PAST, THIS IS THE SECOND CONSTRUCTION WE'RE ABOUT TO COMPLETE IN THIS AREA-ready mixed concrete, blocks, aggregates, paving, paving slabs were all delivered safely!!!) We offered assistance for the driver/traffic management but all was refused and they issued a refund without discussion and also refused to direct us to the relevant team to speak to.

There was a slight issue with delivery, a haulier who was a third party however manager Simon Potter ensured this was looked at immediately. Excellent service, will use again and would definitely recommend

Experience tells us that paving stones do not survive well if they are badly packaged ! Potholes are a savage enemy.
The circle of paving that we received from Clearance Paving arrived completely intact with plastic packing spacers and neatly stacked on a wooden pallet.
Now they are installed and job finished and I have not had to spend hours of my time chasing replacements from damaged deliveries
