Cainiao, the AliExpress logistics provider in Israel, is the word's worst courier.
Cainiao sent 8 of my AliExpress shipments to Jerusalem instead of Givatayim, 80 km distance. All my requests to redirect the shipments were ignored, until a few weeks later, I received a message to wait patiently until their Chinese manager decides how to act. How incompetent can a company be to escalate to China a "problem" of redirecting shipments to the correct location?
Finally, Cainiao lost 2 of my parcels and returned another two, with the following message:
We regret to inform you that your package DSVPH001038517, which has been stored at the PUDO point for over 14 days, is returned to the sorting center. Unfortunately, we are unable to initiate a second delivery attempt.
Only two shipments were redirected to my place. Another one, DSVPH000839321, which was announced to be redirected on November 14, arrived on December 31, more than 100 days after the order was placed. No apology, no compensation.
Worst delivery company ever. I stopped ordering from AliExpress until Cainiao is replaced.
