Terrible experience
Terrible experience - Kelly Communications were good, it was Open Reach/BT that were terrible - upgrade to full fibre on the Friday and open reach line 2 (faults) were unable to get it working, they eventually got it to work on the following Wednesday lunchtime, so I had been without Internet and TV since the Friday - I had to take leave as I couldn't work. I rang BT so many times from the Friday afternoon right through to the Tuesday, they sent an engineer on the Monday who couldn't fix it. I have put a complaint in, nobody has contacted me and then I get a text to say my complaint is closed, terrible, terrible service - do not move off your copper connection!
