DO NOT GO ON A PNO CRUISE!
I had the most miserable time. The people who go on these cruises are absolutely vile. It seems to attract the rudest, most uncultured people I have ever had the misfortune to be around. The food is absolutely revolting. It all just tastes the same. This cruise is for losers. Avoid at all cost. Don't waste your money. You will not enjoy. There isn't a single redeeming factor. Bitterly regret this holiday. Feel sorry for the staff dealing with these people. This cruise has made me extremely depressed. I have been in tears every day. It is so boring the sea days and then when you dock it is such a long walk off the boat it's exhausting. I will never ever do this rubbish ever again. I am so homesick and just can't wait to get off this Hell. I had a really expensive skirt stolen from my room and no one did absolutely anything about it.

I actually can't fault them I have received really good customer service from them and all the clothes have been lovely. Contrary to all the bad reviews I have seen I have found them very good.

Was so worried after reading the reviews. Bought a really expensive coat (a few hundred quid) which I had to return. I thought it was going to be an nightmare and I was going to lose my money and have a real fight on my hands. But they were brilliant. They emailed the morning after I'd posted it back to say it had been received and then next day they refunded me. They took 5 pounds off for the return which is annoying but other than that all good.
